As a white woman all too familiar with our court system I am completely outraged by a white woman who so freely and without remorse not only commits perjury but MALICIOUSLY uses slanderous stereotypes of African American Males. She should not only be charged with false claims and perjury but she should be charged with a HATE crime.

She should be sued by every African American male that may have been stopped and questioned in regards to this hoax, she should definitely be sued by the owners of the Black Cadillac shown on the news and quite frankly the Naacp should bring a class action suit against her on behalf of the entire African American population of this country. She should be made to give a public and formal apology to the nation in the presence of Barak and Michelle Obama.

This type of perjury is not nearly as rare as the public thinks. I just recently was witness to a case involving an African American Male and Caucasion Woman in which she was given free agent to lie to and manipulate the courts. The bottom line in this case is that with the unwitting assistance of the courts she was able to successfully make NOT fornicating with a university professor(s) a criminal offense.

PERJURY IS A FELONY, BUT IT DEPENDING ON WHO COMMITS IT, IT IS NOT TREATED AS SUCH. UNLESS SOMEONE WHO COMMITTS THIS HENIOUS CRIME IS MADE AN EXAMPLE OF IT WILL CONTINUE WITHOUT CONSEQUENCE.

I lived in wisconsin where if you had a traffic accident involving a white and nonwhite, they would blame the non white first. In the present type of crime described on 'The View' why is it that the accuser is always white ?????
