September 14th, 2009, 9:39 amI have read all these comments from Jon about how controlling Kate has been for years and how he could not take any more-then why did he have these 6 babies? According to his own time line, he was "tolerating" these things at the same time they were going through the efforts for her to get pregnant. This is an old story, man is bored with the work involved in raising eight children and "falls in love" with his wife's dr.'s daughter-innocent my foot! Fast forward just two years-who do you really think will have their life committed to raising these children?

September 14th, 2009, 10:14 amIn this segment of Hot Topics, Sherri commended Kate on her positivity. Whoopi went on a rant about how "positivity" is not a word. According to Encarta World English Dictionary, positivity is a word. I think Whoopi owes Sherri an on air apology.

September 14th, 2009, 11:40 amWhoopi, According to the American Heritage College dictionary, "positivity" is a word(Noun). I do agree, you owe Sherri an on air apology. If you are going to correct someone like that, do it quietly during your break and not all school teachers know it all. That's a fact.

I would've thought the high road would be making the marriage work, Jon was not physically abusive at all which would've been a good reason to divorce. It seems as they didnt get help they needed to work through their marital problems which most marriages experience some more than others. My opinion is 'Pride' has consumed Kate and 'Selfishness' is now consuming Jon with the girlfriend buzz. I believe both Kate n Jon are good people, why couldn't they hold onto that? The marriage would've been more important to save for the children if you ask me..children shouldve come second to the marriage? Does anyone agree??? Gosh, the world is getting freaky azz if you can't see this.
