We're starting with a day of Hot Topics on Monday, kicking off a week that will also feature special musical guests and a special Halloween-themed View on Friday!
Legendary rocker Rod Stewart will be here to perform on Tuesday. Then on Wednesday, Golden Globe Award-winning actor Edward Norton talks about his new documentary By The People: The Election of Barack Obama. We'll also get financially savvy when we "Bank on The View." Plus, How To Look Good Naked host Carson Kressley will be on the show to give us simple tips on clothing care.
Host of The Wanda Sykes Show, Wanda Sykes will stop by for Thursday's show. Sting will perform songs from his latest release If On A Winter's Night. This week's eliminated couple from Dancing with the Stars will also perform for our audience.
We'll end the week with a Halloween celebration. Learn how to turn your home into a haunted house and take a behind-the-scenes- look at the co-hosts hair and makeup transformations. See our gallery of photos from previous Halloweens on The View. Plus, surprise special guests stop by!

He invited me up on stage with him aug.20,2008 pnc arts ctr,nj. it took me 35yr &104concerts but he invited me up on stage then my friend & I backstage,signed my shirt, was sooo charming and just a beautiful person. so calm, so real. it was amazing. I was just put in remission from Breast Cancer then to meet him...life was good. only regret, i met him 50 lbs overweight from medication. got pics with him...amazing. please Rod, you NEED & I NEED you to put out a Christmas Album...it would be amazing
