June 18th, 2009, 8:07 amThese recipes certainly do sound very delicious -- I think I'll try a few of them myself. Breakfast is the main meal that I have the most trouble with -- I usually end up having a lot of eggs and bacon or sausage -- I like fruits and nuts but usually have them for snacks between meals. The breakfast meals you have listed are great and I think I will enjoy them very much -- Thank You for the info!

June 22nd, 2009, 11:38 pmI think these recipes sound great but I do not eat one day of this menu in one week. Sorry but I think a horse could survive on this diet. Cut it to 2 meals a day and 1 snack. I am lucky not to have a weight problem at 5'2 and 110lbs. but I have never eaten like this even pregnant and only then was 135lbs. I think the trick is to shrink your stomach and with this much food no way. It sounds like she is eating every 2 hours. Sorry but this nis my opinion. Good luck but at this rate you won't be in a swimsuite by jan.2010.

June 23rd, 2009, 8:34 amOh my gosh - add T-Tapp to this and you're good to go! I swear this is the most amazing exercise system out there (and no...I'm not paid to say that!!) and I don't know why people like Sherri and Oprah don't know about it yet. You can LITERALLY lose 2 dress sizes in 4 weeks or less. PLEASE try this - you won't be sorry...you'll just look great in a bathing suit!
