Sherri's Bathing Suit Challenge: The Diet

As you may have heard, Sherri is slimming down to suit up! She's challenged herself to embrace a healthy lifestyle and drop a few pounds to fit into a swim suit LIVE on The View on August 6.
To help with her diet, her nutrition guru Dr. Rovenia M. Brock is setting her up with a healthy menu from The Fresh Diet (go to TheFreshDiet.com for more info) that is sure to help her reach the goal. Here's Sherri's menu for June 10th to June 15th.

Wednesday June 10
- Breakfast: Cajun Style Egg White Omelet with, Bell Pepper, Onion, Turkey Sausage & Roasted Roma Tomato
- Lunch: Wasabi Crusted Salmon Salad with Cucumber, Tomato, Hearts Of Palm, Baby Lettuce & Dill Dressing
- Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast with Orange Tea Leaf Sauce & side of Lemon Parsley Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Steamed Asparagus
- Snack 1: Grilled Shrimp Skewer with Fresh Mango Salsa
- Dessert: Honey Roasted Granola with Vanilla Yogurt Steamed
Thursday June 11th
- Breakfast: Cinnamon Apple Old Fashioned Oatmeal
- Lunch: Thyme Infused Chicken Salad with Arugula, Orange Segments, Strawberry, & Blueberry Vinaigrette
- Dinner: Grilled Jumbo Shrimp with Lemon, Pepper, Garlic Sauce with side of Grilled Yellow Tomato & Green Beans with Toasted Almonds
- Snack 1: Whole Wheat Cucumber, Chive, Mayonnaise & Cheese Tea Sandwich
- Dessert: Chicken Apple Sausage with Horseradish Dip & Cucumber Spears
Friday June 12th
- Breakfast: Italian Style Scrambled Eggs with Fresh Herbs, Diced Tomato, Mozzarella Cheese & Seven Grain Toast
- Lunch: Chicken Caesar Salad with Grape Tomato, Romaine Lettuce, Whole Wheat Croutons & Sun Dried Tomato with Caesar Dressing
- Dinner: Fillet of Salmon with Spiced Pomegranate Sauce with Side Steamed Multi Color Cauliflower & Sautéed Kale
- Snack 1: Turkey & Green Salsa Quesadilla
- Dessert: Vanilla Pecan Pudding
Saturday June 13th
- Breakfast: Fresh Fruit Salad with Cantaloupe, Raspberry, Papaya, Banana, Pineapple & Banana Ricotta Cheese
- Lunch: Turkey Breast Salad with Avocado, Golden Apples, Baby Lettuce & Raspberry Vinaigrette
- Dinner: Pan Seared Sea Scallops with Ginger Jerk Sauce with Side Creamy Herbed Quinoa & Lemon Roasted Green Asparagus
- Snack 1: Mushroom Crowns Stuffed with Creamy Broccoli
- Dessert: Mini Whole Wheat Pocket Filled with Tuna Salad
Sunday June 14th
- Breakfast: Creamy Banana Oatmeal with Fresh Strawberries & Toasted Almonds
- Lunch: Salad Nicoise with Grilled Tuna, Tomato, Hard‐Boiled Egg, Haricot‐Vert, & Tomatillo Salsa
- Dinner: Cajun Rubbed Grilled Skirt Steak with Side Roasted Zucchini Spears & Tri‐Color Couscous
- Snack 1: Prosciutto Ham Wrapped Asparagus Tips
- Dessert: Grilled Mahi Mahi & Cherry Tomato Skewer Tri‐Color Couscous
Monday June 15th
- Breakfast: Egg White Omelet with Cucumber, Dill, Smoked Salmon & Whole Wheat Toast
- Lunch: Roasted Beet & Orange Salad with Baby Lettuce & Crumbled Goat Cheese & Raspberry Vinaigrette
- Dinner: Fillet of Swordfish with Raspberry Lime Sauce with Side Baby Farmer Carrots & Sautéed Spinach
- Snack 1: Mushroom Crowns Filled with Pesto Chicken
- Dessert: Snack Roasted Garlic & Herbs with Parmesan Whole Wheat Crostini

I too am struggling with trying to loose weight so I have jumped on your band wagon and I am following your lead. I have a trainer and I am also trying to now follow your meal plan. Good luck with the challenge. You should have "real" experts like Dr. Rovenia M. Brock appear on a regular basis. Your entire audience probably needs help to embrace a healthy lifestyle. Please post Dr. Brock's healthy lifestyle plan on your website so that we can all participate in making a lifestyle change. I am looking forward to seeing the show in August.
