September 29th, 2011, 1:45 pmI think Bill O'Reilly is a smart man, but why did he (and all other commentators) avoid Whoopi's question of how is the President supposed to get anything accomplished with a congress that has had a vendetta from day 1 of his election to make him fail...against all other interests. The american people, the economy and all the other failures of this administration can be laid directly on the shoulders of a disfunctional congress. But the president takes the blame in the public eye. Bi-partisanship be damned...they will sink the ship before they will unfurl a single sail!!!
